I have always had a very positive experience with Happy Valley Bodyworks. If you have the chance, you have to go here and experience their knowledge, expertise, and healing hands. Besides the massage, what's also recommended is their Reiki and Craniosacral work. Helen is my therapist there and I will say she is so professional and caring. She's made a difference in my life, providing relief from pain and nagging sensations, and just being there for me.
Would recommend. Repeatedly.

I initially saw Kelly because my neck was “stuck” and causing a lot of pain/discomfort. Kelly introduced me to Visceral Manipulation during this visit, and between that and some massage, I instantly received relief!! I have since seen her for a sports massage and lymphatic drainage and wow – she is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and tailors the massage with her different techniques (i.e. visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage) to address my pain/discomfort.
10 out of 10 - I HIGHLY recommend getting on Kelly’s schedule!!

Helen is a great massage therapist and gave me some exercises to help with pain. The building is very noisy, everything echoes and that's a bit distracting, but overall an excellent experience!

Kelly Saxton does such an incredible job when I'm there. She's in tune with my body, she understands how I use it in the rest of my life, and she caters the entire experience around what I need today and what will help me tomorrow!

I've had chronic back pain for 7 years and Kelly is the first person to be able to help relieve that pain. She skillfully identified places where I had muscle knots, limited mobility, and misalignments and helped correct them. She even gave me tips on at home exercises to do to help between sessions. I highly recommend!!!

Kelly Saxton an exceptional massage therapist, she's also a credentialed physical trainer. Her education enables her to do much more than simple "feel good" massages, although she does them too!
I have significant pain issues that need the attention of a trained therapist in muscular/skeletal support. Kelly is all that and more.
The massage isn't pain free, it's intense, and productive. Kelly has the strength and technique to do deep tissue massage so critical to pain relief. She also gave me exercises to do at home to help manage my injuries.
I highly recommend Kelly to patients searching for an answer to their pain-wherever it is on the body! She's a real PRO, and her effectiveness and professionalism will impress patients as she goes about her work.
